with technical / commercial background

 

to familiarize themselves with a challenging, varied and responsible task and to develop professionally and personally in the process.

You would be the ideal addition to our team if you have already worked in the paper industry (paper mill or at a supplier).
Your strengths included good communication skills, process oriented mindset, reliable and thorough work ethic.

After thorough training by your experienced mentor and colleagues, you will be the linchpin from quoting to procurement, tracking to invoicing of our customer orders. These can be large-scale projects as well as spare parts or services.

As we continue to move forward in the digitization process, the operation and maintenance of customer database systems, merchandise management programs and the analyses in Excel are prerequisites for the fulfillment of the tasks. So you shouldn’t have any problems or fear of contact with this kind of systems.
Occasional customer visits would also be required. We assume that you have a class B driver’s license.

Sales Tasks:

• Add interested parties to “my factory
• Visit from customers
• Maintenance of customer data in the system
• Maintenance of product data / prices in the system
• Preparation of quotations according to specifications and their follow-up
• If necessary, introduce / present products, services to customers

In order processing and project work:

• Order confirmation
• Coordinate delivery dates
• Interface with engineering/technology
• Create packing lists
• Prepare pallets for transport
• Assign and coordinate transports by proxy
• Create invoices
• Reminders

Procurement Tasks:

• Make requests to suppliers
• Orders to suppliers
• Maintain production status with suppliers in the system
• Order and coordinate transports
• Acceptance at the suppliers
• Receipt of goods / incoming inspection
• Audit
