QFA Dirtpump after 4 1/2 years Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
5 years ago, we installed a QFA pulper cleaning system in an existing paper mill.
This includes a new QFA Dirtpump size 2, DN350 inlet and outlet nozzles. This pump is for large contaminants in waste paper and is the basis for reliable pulper cleaning in the paper industry.
For space reasons, we worked with the customer to incorporate the QFA Dirtpump onto an additional motor frame in the plant.
The drive motor is thus mounted on top.
The belt guard was manufactured in several disassemblable parts for maintenance.
The factory acceptance test was at the end of 2013.
In mid-2014, the new QFA pulper cleaning system was successfully started up.
These were, for example, the following machines:
- the new QFA Dirtpump,
- a new QFA Pulperclean and
- a converted drainage drum
Today, after 4.5 years of delivery, the QFA Dirtpump is still running smoothly.
